Returns & Refunds Policy
At Emily Mae's Bake and Box, I take pride in freshly preparing all of our baked goods to order on a two weekly cycle. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
However, your satisfaction is very important to us, and I will gladly offer a replacement or refund under the following circumstances:
1. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
I will offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
2. Quality Concerns
If you are not satisfied with the quality of your order, please reach out within 24 hours. We review these on a case-by-case basis and may offer a partial or full refund.
3. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or collection time for a full refund.
Cancellations made after this period will not be eligible for a refund due to the nature of the product and I will already have baked your order.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
I am unable to offer refunds in the following cases:
Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer
Failed delivery attempts due to recipient unavailability
Change of mind after dispatch
Minor design or decoration variations (as all items are handmade)
