Frequently asked questions

Here are the answers to some frequently asked questions. If this page doesn't help you, feel free to contact me via email or social media. 

How do I order?

Add the items that you want into your cart, and then go to the check out. You can pay by Apple pay or by credit / debit card. 

Orders are made by a pre order service, and the dates of the next postal service (Royal Mail Tracked 24) will be clear by the product when you add it to the cart. 

If you want to order a box as a gift, please select the 'GIFT BOX of 6' option at in the shop. Please email me after you have ordered with the date that you want this box to be delivered by, and the personalised message that you want printing in the box.

I will need at least 3 days notice for this!

Do you cater for any specific allergies?

Unfortunately not. The baked products are made in my kitchen, which contains and cooks most /all of the 14 allergens. 

The specific ingredients will be clearly labelled on each of the individually wrapped baked products. 

What if I have made a mistake on my order?

If you message more than 48 hours before dispatch I should be able to make changes to your order. You can email me with any changes and I will let you know if I am able to sort it. If I have already baked or shipped your order then I will not be able to change your order and I will not be able to refund you at this stage. This will be difficult with the gift box system, as I will be baking to order.

Where is my order?

I will post your order out on a Royal Mail tracked 24. This will cost you a flat rate of £5. The postage dates will be clear before you pre order.  

How much is delivery?

£5 - Royal Mail tracked 24 for each box, as each box is posted separately (due to size). If you really need it for the next day instead of tracked 24, I might be able to do this but it will cost £8 instead. Tracked 24 usually arrives the next day, but it is not guaranteed. 

I can offer collection from ST145FX for no charge, on the same date that I would have posted the box. 

Alternatively, if you know me personally, we can arrange a drop off or collection, no problem :)

Can I add a personalised message because I have ordered this as a gift?

Yes. If you email me with your message and your order number after you have paid (which will be on your receipt that will be emailed to you after you have paid) I will print this on a small label and include it in your box. 

This is perfect for a gift :)

Can I request deliver on a particular day?

Seasonal orders will be available in time for specific dates - Fathers day/ Mothers day/ Christmas / Easter/ Valentines day etc.

If you order the 'GIFT BOX of 6' option at checkout, as long as I have 3 working days notice, I should be able to get the box posted for your requested delivery date. 

Everything else, is available on a pre order system and will be posted on the date specified on the shop page. 

Can I freeze your products?

Unfortunately not. Some of the products 'survive better' being posted if I post them when they have been frozen so they can defrost on their way to you. 

If I have frozen them, it won't affect the freshness as they will be frozen as soon as they have cooled down.

How do I store my baked goods when they arrive?

Brownies and blondies keep well in the fridge, in an air tight box and they will last for 3-5days.

Cookies will dry out in the fridge. 

Keep cakes, cookies and cookie pies in an air tight box, at room temperature and they will last for 3-5 days.

All products taste even better after a quick 10-15 second blast in the microwave :)
