Returns & Refunds Policy

At Emily Mae's Bake and Box, I take pride in freshly preparing all of our baked goods to order on a two weekly cycle. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

However, your satisfaction is very important to us, and I will gladly offer a replacement or refund under the following circumstances:

1. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

• Include your order number

• Provide photos of the item and packaging

I will offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.

2. Quality Concerns

If you are not satisfied with the quality of your order, please reach out within 24 hours. We review these on a case-by-case basis and may offer a partial or full refund.

3. Order Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or collection time for a full refund.

• Cancellations made after this period will not be eligible for a refund due to the nature of the product and I will already have baked your order.

  
  

4. Non-Refundable Situations

I am unable to offer refunds in the following cases:

• Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer

• Failed delivery attempts due to recipient unavailability

• Change of mind after dispatch

• Minor design or decoration variations (as all items are handmade)

If you experience any issues with your order, please contact me at emilymaesbakeandbox@gmail.com and include your order number.

Postage costs £5 and I will post boxes on the date specified on the top of the product page. It is usually in a 2 weekly cycle.

Baked on Thursday - Boxed on Friday - Posted on Saturday.

I will post boxes by Royal Mail tracked 24, which usually arrives the next day, but it isn't guaranteed. If you want guaranteed next day delivery (after the specified postal date) I can do this for £8 - please message separately BEFORE you order to confirm this and I can change the payment options at checkout.
